Beer Yoga
ILEA Dallas is hosting Beer Yoga!
Come grab a spot and get bendy with some brewskies.
Tywon Omega Thompson will be guiding us through a yoga practice where you won't need to put your beer to the side and will ensure you feel fulfilled inside and out by the end.
Tickets are $30 and include your 1st beer.
Spots are limited, so sign up today!
Please stay after class and join us for some great community connections and enjoy more beer selections in the tap room.
