Back-to-School Blues 'n' BBQ 2019
The Auburn-Washburn Public Schools Foundation is pleased to announce our fourth annual Back-to-School Blues-n-BBQ Night on Friday, August 9, 2019, at The Foundry, 400 SW 33rd St.
Back-to-school time can be stressful, so our event is a grown-ups-only time to kick back, cool off and enjoy some blues and BBQ. Our special 21-and-over musical event will feature the musical talents of Cleveland Blue & the Syndicate.
Your ticket will include: the show, BBQ dinner (all-new menu this year!) and soft drinks.
A cash bar will be available, serving beer, wine and mixed drinks.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Show begins at 7:30 p.m.
The goal of this event is to bring awareness of the Auburn-Washburn Foundation by gathering supporters and district constituents as well as the general public for an evening of entertainment. All proceeds from the event will go to the Foundation to support our mission to enhance, enrich and expand opportunities for students throughout the Auburn-Washburn School District. The Foundation supports new, innovative and out-of-the-box grants submitted directly by teachers from all over the district, along with larger, district-wide projects.
