Valentine's Dinner at The Cider house
Come enjoy a Romantic Evening at The Cider House with Chef Matt Chatfield and his wife, Chef Sophia Chatfield on Saturday, February 16th! The couple have set our sights on foods that invoke passion this evening, as they take us on a culinary journey that is sure to excite your taste buds!
We will start off the evening with Brie en Croute(puff pastry) with Apricot Chutney followed by a "Silky" Tomato Cognac Soup. Up next for the evening is a tender Market Green Salad with Lingonberry Dressing, Grapes, and Candied Pecans. For the Main Course, we will indulge in Prime Rib of Beef served with au Jus, and White Cheddar Horseradish Sauce, & Pickled Red Onions; sides are Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, and Roasted Asparagus. To end the evening the right way, the Chefs feel passionate about sharing their Chocolate Pots de
Creme with Raspberries.
Of course, it would not be complete without our Homemade Artisan Bread and Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey!
We will be accompanied this evening by guitarist, Denny Dlabal & on violin, David Kaemmer. They will play at times throughout the dinner and end the evening with a few more songs to show off their amazing musicianship.
Wine, Champagne, & Beer available for purchase by the glass.

5 Course Dinner by Candlelight, Homemade Artisan Bread and Local Goat Cheese and Honey Spread, Demo of each course by Chef Matt & Chef Sophia Chatfield, a Recipe Book to take home with recipes from this evenings dinner, and live music!
