Holiday Blues: Practical tools to deal with sadness during the holidays has been designed to offer you practical tools for dealing with the holiday blues.
In this interactive workshop (at your comfort level) facilitated by Motivational Speaker and Author Lysa Allman-Baldwin, and presented at Into the Mystic, a welcoming, comfortable retail space for metaphysical and new age needs located in Mission, KS, attendees will:
