Valentine's Dinner at The Cider house
Come enjoy your Valentine's evening at The Cider House. A romantic evening with a 5 course meal prepared by Chef Jim Tinkham, cooking class style. Chef Jim will share some techniques and recipes as he shows you how he has prepared the meal you are enjoying throughout the evening.
Arrive at 6pm. Enjoy your first course of appetizers upon arrival. You will be seated and dinner will start at 6:30pm.
2nd Course - Spinach and Arugula greens topped with Crisp Bacon, Red Onion Pedals, Tomatoes, Egg, Strawberries and Homemade Warm Bacon Dressing.
3rd Course - Lobster Bisque with Puff Pastry Cresent
Main Course - Petite Filet served with Shrimp Scampi in a Pinot Noir reduction, Local Goat Cheese Smashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, and Lemon Infused Asparagus topped with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Dessert - Classic Banana's Foster Flambé
Wine by Aubrey Vineyards.
Tasting Package - $5/person gives you a tasting of the
wine paired with 4 of the courses.
Pairing Package - $18/person gives you 3 glasses of wine
that are paired with 3 of the courses,
this also includes a tasting of 4 wines
Wine by the glass - Available for purchase that evening.
$7-$9/glass

5 Course Dinner by Candlelight, Homemade Artisan Bread and Local Goat Cheese and Honey Spread, Demo of each course by Chef Tinkham, & a Recipe Book to take home with recipes from this evenings dinner.
