Hollywood Heritage and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association Present Studio Backlot Night
On Monday, November 6, 2017 at 7:30PM The Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Hollywood Heritage Inc. will be hosting "Evening @ the Barn: Studio Backlot Night". Authors Steve Bingen, Stephen X. Sylvester, Jeffrey Thompson and Mike Troyan will be our special guests.
First Mike Troyan, Jeffrey Thompson and Steve Sylvester will present their book, "Twentieth Century Fox, A Century of Entertainment" which takes an in-depth look at the famed lot West Los Angeles studio. Next Steve Bingen will take us on a digital tour of the Paramount lot via his landmark book "Paramount: City of Dreams", which is coincidentally the studio where our own museum was born.
Mssrs. Bingen, Sylvester and Troyan also collaborated on the book, "MGM: Hollywood's Greatest Backlot", which was showcased at a previous Evening @ the Barn, but this will be a rare opportunity to hear all of these knowledgeable authors speak at one event!
Following their presentations you will get a chance to meet them and purchase autographed copies of their books in our museum shop. We will also be hosting our famous raffle featuring a rare selection of related items to our theme for the night!
